I don't feel good.
3:01 AM

I'm not gonna be more elaborate than that, 'cause if I am, I'll feel like I'm trying to get people to care, though I guess I'm kinda doing that right now. If people are curious, they can ask.
Shadow of the Crappy Controls and Inconsistent Framerate
12:50 AM

Okay, I just now tried getting back into playing Shadow of the Colossus...I'm just not having that much fun with it. The colossus battles in the game would be great fun, if it weren't for two big things: the camera and the framerate. Oh, God, the camera in this game is HORRIBLE! It's always trying to move around when I just want it to stay still! I'm running away from a colossus, but I can't see where I'm running to, but I need to keep my eye on the colossus to keep note on when he attacks or not. There's a button to keep focus on the colossus, but the camera focuses on the face of the colossus, and I can't see the feet, and it ends up stepping all over me, and the crappy, slow framerate makes it feel like forever before my guy gets back up. UGH!

So, in conclusion, this game is just not fun for me, and I'm going to trade it in to put some money towards Okami.

I'm back on track to becoming a Guitar Hero!
3:04 PM

My interest in Guitar Hero has come back, and I'm getting a lot better. I'm still not on Expert level, but I can acutally pass the later songs on hard now.

Here's a video of me getting 4 stars on the song "Guitar Hero" on Hard. Yeah, it's not 5 stars, but it's 4 stars! That's better than 3 stars!

Can't we get people to take classes on Internet Etiquette?
11:58 PM

I touched up on this earlier when I was talking about the proper use of "brb."

It's so frustrating dealing with people online who don't know online etiquette. Crap like, "Don't put yourself on away if you're not away, use paragraphs, don't type in all caps, make sarcasm obvious through use of emoticons, proper use of emoticons" and stuff like that.

Most importantly, "DO NOT USE ONE WORD ANSWERS." Ugh, they're so annoying. If you ask someone to do something, and they reply "No," it's so frustrating, and it makes that person sound very rude! At least say something like, "No, sorry, I can't right now." Other one word replies are also really stupid. Elaborate, damn it. It's not like online convos should be that much different that real ones.

Seriously, I think a lot of people don't understand how to carry conversations on online. Ironically, I don't know how to carry good conversation in real life. Funny how that works...
What I F.E.A.R.
4:48 PM

Wahh, I just spent all that time downloading FEAR and I just installed it and now I'm too scared to play. I started playing and the first scary thing that happens is an image of a mutilated face pops up for less than a second. I immediately hit Esc and selected "Quite Game."

Am I a sissy? Probably. Damn it, Monolith! WHY did you have to make such a great FPS, then make it a horror game? GRRRRRR!!!

I'm bored.
11:10 PM

This sucks. Batman: The Animated Series is on Boomerang right now, but I can't watch it, 'cause we don't have it anymore. -_-

The only thing to watch right now is some weird-ass Japanese crap on Cinematech...and no, not funny, weird Japanese crap. It's just a bunch of lame Japanese-only virtual dating/sex games. Boooring.

And Kara's not back yet. She said "brb" an hour and a half ago, and she's still not back. WTF? In fact, I really don't think anyone that's said "brb" to me has ever been RIGHT back. Usually it takes them forever to come back. And if they do come back, they never tell me "'kay, I'm back." They just act as if they were never talking to me in the first place. As Threepio would say, "How rude!"

If you're not going to be right back, use "BBL", people. K thx bai.
Fsck Guitar Hero...
9:12 PM

Ugh...There is like..NO WAY TO PRACTICE IN THIS GAME! Especially those damn hammer-ons and pull-offs. The tutorial mode KIND OF lets you practice, but only give you like, 10 seconds to do so, and then it moves on, and after its done, the tutorial guy starts rambling on about some dumb story, so it discourages you from doing the tutorial all over again.

If you try and practice in single player mode, you'll meet frustration, because the song immediately ends if you miss too many notes. Sure, if you wanna practice just a song, then it makes sense to master one part before you move onto the next, and this is kinda like that, 'cause it won't let you go to the next part until you can pass the first part...but then you have to play the whole song from the beginning until you get to the part of the song you really wanna practice, and then you fail and have to start the whole song over again. And this is also a HORRIBLE way to practice the advanced techniques (hammer-ons and pull-offs) because you can only use those at certain times.

The best way I found to practice was, believe it or not, multiplayer mode. Songs in multiplayer mode allow you to miss as many notes as you want without ending the song, but it's still not that great, since you don't get certain parts of a song (you and a second player are supposed to play different parts of a song).

However, they're actually adding a practice mode to Guitar Hero II, that allows you to play and practice certain parts of songs, and they're also "tweaking" the timing for hammer-ons and pull-offs. But...that's Guitar Hero II, and not Guitar Hero I, which I have. LAME that I have to wait for the sequel to practice for the first game, and even then, the timing will be different than in the first game, so I might as well not play the first game ever again, right?

Damn it.

Damn you, Capcom.
9:32 PM

I've suddenly decided that I don't care much for MGS4. Hell, I still haven't finished MGS3. Final Fantasy XIII? There are plenty of other Japanese RPGs for other consoles I have yet to play. I've decided that I only want a PS3 for one reason. Three words and one number. Devil May Cry 4.

Unfortunately, I am not willing to pay 560 dollars just for that (that's a 20GB PS3 and one game, without tax).

Oh pleeease, Capcom, release this for the 360 as well, 'cause that's so much more affordable.
Yay, I cleaned my room.
5:48 PM

Yay, I cleaned up all those books and did some re-organizing. I used a makeshift shelf I made a while back out of cardboard boxes. So...there ya go. A shelf. And a pirate pig hanging out with Donkey Kong. Just the normal post-cleaning scenario.
I need to clean my room...
3:40 PM

I have to jump low hurdles in order to exit my room. Damn school for making me buy so many books and making me leave them on the floor and making me too lazy to just pick them up. Yes, school made me do all those things >_>

Also, I still don't get why my mom won't let me get a bookshelf. I could really use one...where AM I gonna put these books if they're not gonna be on the floor?

Oh, yah, I luckily remembered that Blogger lets me upload photos for the blog, so I don't have to worry about finding an image host for my blog. Though screenshots from my PC and such will have to find another host...probably, unless I could somehow incorporate them into my blog...which I probably could do.

Edit: Actually, nevermind. Blogger resizes my photos to 1024 x 768, too. >=[
Okay, now I'm having problems with websites changing...
3:08 PM

Photobucket now only allows me to upload pictures up to a resolution of 1024 x 768. To make it so they don't resize my images, I have to pay for a Pro account.

FSCKING LAME. Time to move to a new image host. -_- I'm open to suggestions.

And I thought Facebook > MySpace...
6:23 PM

And that's true...but...

Facebook community = MySpace community.

They're both full of idiots.

Seriously, at least MySpace people don't complain about new, useful features (partly 'cause almost everything already sucks about MySpace). This new "News Feed" feature on Facebook simply takes already available information and puts it all on one page for convenient viewing.

Previously, you'd have to browse through the "Recently Updated" profiles list, click on someone's profile, and try to remember what the profile looked like so you could recognize what exactly they changed about their profile. That's not easy. A lot of times, people just remove or add one word, and reading it is just a waste of time. Well, now the "new" Facebook saves time.

And there are loads of people who thinks it's making Facebook stalkers. There were Facebook stalkers before the News Feed. There will be Facebook stalkers no matter what, since all the information is already available, News Feed or no News Feed. Another thing is, only FRIENDS can see any of your information on the News Feed. So if you can't trust you friends, who can you trust? Just don't make friends on Facebook. Problem solved. Then again, you'll wonder why you're even on Facebook in the first place.

The only "legitimate" excuses I can find to hate the Facebook is "I don't want to look at it" either 'cause "I don't care" or "It looks dumb." Normally, you'd find this reasoning stupid, but I do agree that the Feed's display should be an option determined by the user. I like options. The more the better.

But the News Feed should stay.

As for MySpace...almost everything should go away and make room for better things (like a News Feed...but with how ****ed up all the MySpace profiles are, that's probably not a good idea right now).
lol @ Sony (again)
2:30 PM

I wouldn't get a PS3 even if I wanted to. Only 500,000 will be available at launch, and that's including both North American and Japan. 400,000 for NA, 100,000 for Japan. Europe? LOL! They don't get any until March 2007.

As I read some guy say, "Sony, how many more bullets do you have to shoot yourself in the foot with?"

Congratulations, Nintendo and Microsoft. You are winnars.

(counting chickens before they hatch :P)

Well, ****...
6:58 PM

Good news and bad news.

Good news, I'm gonna be getting that Samsung A900 phone I wanted. Bad news: it's used 'cause it was originally my dad's and he's got a new one, but good news to that is it's free. Bad news: I have to wait 30 days for them to switch phone numbers or something like that.

Good news, we have more Filipino Channels...no, wait. That's stupid. I don't want new Filipino Channels, so that's not really good or bad news. No wait, it's bad news, 'cause we don't get Nicktoons Network or Boomerang anymore. That means no more Rocko, no more Invader Zim, no more Batman, no more Justice League. =[ So, this whole paragraph is bad news.

More bad news: Steve Irwin is dead. More bad news: no one I know really gives a ****. I posted this news on MySpace and on the foro, and no one seems to care enough to leave a comment or anything like that. C'mon, guys! I never even watched his show or even saw his movie, and I'm feeling bad about the Crocodile Hunter's passing. =[

Good news: my Tamagotchi is all grown up now. Bad news: he's not ready to mate. More bad news: even if he was ready to mate, he couldn't, because Jessica went back to Arkansas today, and she has my Tama's potential mating partner with her. Poor Tamagotchi. It seems like he'll live in a reflection of my own life, never getting laid...

I guess I should go do my homework for Wednesday, then.

I must get Dai Gassou! Band Brothers!!!
3:06 PM

I. WANT. THIS. GAME. Dai Gassou! Band Brothers is pretty much just like Guitar Hero, but for the Nintendo DS. And there's not guitar controller. And its synthesized and sequenced music (MIDI) instead of true music with vocals...but you can play every part of a song, unlike Guitar Hero, which only lets you play the guitar.

Unfortunately, this game won't be coming to America. =[ Looks like I'll have to import it...but it's like...50 dollars to import it! And it's also in Japanese, so I'm not sure how I'm gonna figure out how to play it...

But, yeah, I want this game so bad.

Tech support is NOT the answer.
12:58 AM

Holy crap, this is the FUNNIEST YTMND ever! I can't stop laughing! It's so funny, that it's blog-worthy. So I'm blogging it.
