E3 2006 is over, and, according to many, Nintendo "won." Seriously, the Wii impressed MANY people, and the strong DS line-up wasn't bad either. Microsoft also had a solid line-up of games (Gears of War looks awesome). Sony...well...PHAILURE.I was gonna get a Wii anyway, but I want one more now. Oh yeah, and there's this game called Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and, holy crap, I'm catching myself watching the trailer over and over and over. New characters? Meta Knight (from Kirby), Pit (from Kid Icarus), Wario, Zero Suit Samus (sexy picture above, from Metroid), and...some guy named...Solid Snake (from Konami's Metal Gear). Holy shiz. This is going to rock!
Other than SSBB, I think I'll be picking up Metroid Prime 3, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and possibly Project H.A.M.M.E.R. at Wii's launch. Dillon has agreed to get Red Steel, and I think Wario Ware, so we'll be able to share games. All these games look awesome (and not exactly graphic-wise).
Oh yeah, don't worry guys. I'll update my "Memphis Trip" with days one and two...someday. :P
